    I experienced this now for the first time. Two possibly relevant observations:

    - I am visiting Italy now, this didn't happen in other countries. Hence the "S. Europe" thing mentioned below might be indeed a pattern.
    - This happens when I'm connected to one particular ISP. When I used another (mobile) internet provider, the problem did not seem to occur (yet).
