    Small update 10/25/2023
    Testing the current version of this bug seems to prevent the person who submit their deck second to not be able to submit thier deck at all. Leading the person who submitted their deck first to slowly load into a draw screen and the other party having a "unable to submit deck" screen into a "unable to connect" to server screen.

    I had this issue last night and this morning. I submitted a help ticket and they just added me to this thread. A bit frustrating since this post was made back in 2021 so I am unaware if this issue is just me? or this is a recent issue everyone is having as well. I can play against randoms but I can no longer direct challeng friends. Getting the same error as discribed in the post.
