    Phyrexian Obliterator has trample, so it would not deal all of its damage to Screaming Nemesis

    Fights are creatures dealing noncombat damage to each other. Double strike is irrelevant in these, it only affects which combat damage steps the creature deals damage in.

    Returning a creature is part of the resolution of these abilities. You cannot activate abilities while another spell or ability is resolving.

    The only thing you could do in your end step is cast Eviscerator's Insight. Is that what you were wanting to do?
