The Questing Beast shuts down damage prevention, including the one from protection. So damage cannot be prevented by protection.

Because mobilze tokens die too late. To trigger the Siege, a creature has to have died BEFORE the end step begins. This is due to the intervening-if clause of the trigger, which is essentially an additional condition to trigger the ability.

Nothing was trying to make you lose the game, your opponent simply WON the game. In a two player game, when one player wins, the game ends with that player being the victor.

Hence why Platinum Angel and friends say both that "you can't lose the game" and " your opponents can't win the game"

Arena has a token limit per player of 250. Ypu cannot control more than that at the same time. If you would go above, no more tokens are created.

Is this about Calamity, Galloping Inferno? Then that is not a bug. You just did not read the ability to the very end. The last words are "Repeat this process once."

Fading Hope can be used to bounce ANY creature. The mana value 3 or less is only relevant for the Scry 1. You get to scry if the permanent was cheap.

Well, or you could learn the rules of the game. Because this is not a bug. It's the game handling the rules correctly.

You allowed Ulamog to attack, so the annihilator trigger went on the stack. And exists there independently of its source. It doesn't matter what happens to the source after the trigger made it to the stack. If the resolving trigger needs information about the source (like how many counters were on it), and the source doesn't exist anymore, then the game uses last know information of the source. And the source can even perform actions if instructed to, despite not existing anymore.

608.2h If an effect requires information from the game (such as the number of creatures on the
battlefield), the answer is determined only once, when the effect is applied. If the effect requires
information from a specific object, including the source of the ability itself, the effect uses the
current information of that object if it’s in the public zone it was expected to be in; if it’s no
longer in that zone, or if the effect has moved it from a public zone to a hidden zone, the effect
uses the object’s last known information. See rule 113.7a. If an ability states that an object does
something, it’s the object as it exists—or as it most recently existed—that does it, not the
    ability.

No, it's a reading issue on your part:

"Until end of turn, target ATTACKING creature gets +2/+2 and gains trample and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, destroy target artifact that player controls."

Atacking creatures only exist during combat after attackers have been declared. So it can only be cast during combat, and only onto an attacking creature.

To respond to your own spells and abilities you have to enter Full Control BEFORE putting them on the stack. Arena uses the tournament shortcut of passing priority when you put something on the stack.

You still have to get the first copy of a card from the set. Then all copies from other sets are counted for it as well. And if there is a version you still have 0 copies of, Arena somehow shows your card as "first" even if you have a full 4 copies in the set already.

When an object changes zones it does not take any counters on it with it. So of course your Scourge returns with 0 counters and dies. It changed zones TWICE.

The maximum number of tokens a player can have at the same time on Arena is 250.

You only took control of Glissa, not the Buster Sword. Since the triggered ability is on the Sword, which is still controlled by your opponent, it is your opponent who controls the trigger when it is triggered.

There Adventures, and there are Omens. Omens get shuffled back into the library. There are no Tarkir Adventure cards.

Elpeth's Smite did not rotate because it has a printing in Foundations. All printings of a format legal card are legal in that format.
