that is how the event is designed. you only need two wins to get all the rewards from a single run.

Was also having this issue. Wanted to pick both Pym Particles and Atlantis since both were blue and I'm missing both. Locks up if I choose Atlantis after picking Pym Particles. Waited until it gave me the choice to pick the second deck again and just picked Thor (red). Game allowed me to play. I definitely picked two green decks in the past couple days and didn't have this issue.
