Marvel Jump In

I selected my two themes for the Marvel Jump In, but after I selected the second theme, I was kicked to the Home Screen. I tried to access the event again, but it won’t let me select packets or resign. But still, I’ve lost the gold I used to access the event.

    This issue isn’t resolved But their IT department just keeps marking requests to fix it as resolved.

    Keep reopening your requests.
    Eventually they’ll figure out how to fix it.

    Had the same issue, work-around works, but it means that you have 2 packets to select between instead of 3 in packet 2, so it should still be fixed.

    Guys - the work-around for this is to (according to the other bug report on this) wait at least 30 minutes, then when it comes back, make sure to select DIFFERENT COLOR PACKS.
    This glitch happens when 2 of the same color packs are selected (green & green, like for example Animal and Wild together)

    Same issue, on windows, picked Incredible and Wild. Kicked me to home screen. Reentering the event shows me my first pick and asks me to confirm my pick but the button is greyed out and there's no options for a second pick

    Same issue, on both windows and ios. I started the Jump In selection on Windows, picked Iron Man, (blue) went to the second packet and picked another mono-blue packet. Kicked me out. When I reloaded the game, I can see the event and click it, and get a button that says 'choose packets'. Clicking that button takes me to a screen titled 'Choose one of these themed packets' and I see the iron man packet is picked, but no other choices, and 'confirm pick' isnt lit up so I cant click it. Same behavior if I try loading the game on mobile.

    Had the same experience. Picked Battalion (mono white) & then Counter Argument (mono-White), then got kicked to home screen and when I try to enter the event again, it shows me the "choose packets" button but when selecting it, it shows that I've got battalion selected but wont show the choices and can't do anything in the event currently.

    This just happened to me as well. I'm on Android. Edit. It works now. Just had to wait two hours.
