    The problem still persists for me.

    Shortly after the client update (13.08.26), after 18:30 UTC, i was actually able to download fairly quickly for roughly two (2) hours. Unfortunately it got stuck again as i had only 600mb more to go. I closed Arena and started it again, and it was back at needing to download 2GB.

    Now it is stuck again with no progress for hours.
