    It happened again ...

2 boosters and I dont have all 4 rares yes. This game and the support team is a shame... they only answer generic messages (using copy and paste) and they dont even read my messages. At the end they request us to create a topic here, that nobody from their team is reading it. This should be full priority. Users are spending real money and we are receiving those fcking gems

This is happening to me as well, and honestly, I'm furious.

You can see on the attachment. I opened 3 boosters, which should have given me 3 rares or mythics, but I only got 2 rares and 20 gems because one of them was a duplicate. This has happened to me at least 4 or 5 times during this collection, and I'm starting to feel like I'm being cheated.

I'm so frustrated that I'm done opening packs for this set. Honestly, if I hadn't already spent money on the Star Trek collection, I would seriously consider quitting MTG Arena for good.

I've completely lost faith in the MTG Arena development team and, frankly, in Wizards of the Coast. How can we trust a game that changes something this significant without clearly communicating it to players beforehand? It feels incredibly shady, especially when people are spending real money expecting a certain value in return.

And don't tell me this was buried somewhere in the terms and conditions. If a change like this was intentional, players deserved a clear, upfront explanation — not to discover it by losing value from their purchases.

At this point, I honestly feel misled by a game I've invested both time and money into. Wizards of the Coast needs to explain exactly what changed, when it changed, and why players weren't clearly informed. **This is completely unacceptable.**
