I also have this issue. I have also lost games and lost gems because of this issue. This time, I attempted to kill 2x UW Knight Lords, and only one died, and I can't figure out why. At first, I thought Overloaded Mage Ring didn't work at all, but this post here makes much more sense.
I have attached my log file, since a screenshot is too difficult to make unless you're recording video.
Like the original poster, WotC never reimburses me for bug-related losses. I'm probably owed about 5 draft tokens by now over time lost in history, but since WotC never actually provides compensation for their own mistakes, I have come to expect this level of poor quality customer service.
Good show, WotC. Glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks you're the worst.

I have also now encountered this bug and lost because of it.
Log file attached, but this is the sequence of events:
1 - Opponent attacks with a 3 mana 3/3, and Rampaging Raptor.
2 - Tap my 1/3 to activate Flywheel Racer, with Blot Out in hand to exile the Raptor.
3 - Opponent uses Volcanic Spite targeting my Flywheel Racer.
4 - I can't respond as expected.
5 - Get killed by Rampaging Raptor.
Please reimburse me some Gems. I know that's a pipe dream and I will probably add this WOTC not-fixed bug to my list of bug and bad gameplay experience losses that WOTC doesn't ever actually give me any reimbursement for, but hey, might as well ask to point out once again how bad this customer service experience has been for the last couple years. Maybe at some point you'll be shamed into actually helping out your players?
