I still get a black screen at startup after the hotfix. I also reinstalled after removing all components with revo. Now going on 4 days unable to play and missing out on the events, gold, and experience that I otherwise would have played or earned. I tried to upload this comment with logs, but after over half an hour, I decided to just post without.

I experience the black screen immediately after Arena launches. I've tried a few times, waiting 5-10 minutes each time, but nothing ever pops up. I just reinstalled after removing all old files with Revo and visual c++ runtime is up to date.

I am still unable to get arena to load since the June 25th update. I have missed out on over a week of play and the associated awards and I'm not happy about it. I've been playing since shortly after the open beta started and this is by far the worst situation I've ever seen for arena.
