    why don't the game create a new mulligan system at startup of the match. the game selects 3 cards from the top, middle & bottom of the deck.. + 1 random supplemental type card of your choosing (artifact enchantment etc) you choose from 2 sets 3T+ 1R, 3M +1R, 3B+ 1R . mix & match the random card only. call it the Belgian mulligan
