    I had the exact same issue
    I already tried to fix the issue:
    I reinstalled MTGA, I updated Graphics driver, i rewinded AMD graphics driver to Version 24.10.1, I tried to force DX11 by creating a prefs.json with
    {
    "forceDX11": true
    }
    in C:\Users\NiklasServer\AppData\LocalLow\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA

    none of the steps above helped. after each step I tried to check if its fixed, but it wasn't

    The problem occurred first, after I installed a Windows Update

    My current fix is to use Linux instead. There it can be installed and run via Steam, which is a bad fix actually.

    I have a AMD 7900XT Graphics card
