scute's individual triggers have been a known issue for so long now and players winning by bogging down the game represents a deliberate exploit.
it steals all your opponents timeouts causes any instants to disappear on the stack with no gameplay selections to target or choose mana options or autopay ever appear. It is an obviously an unfixable issue, and you should have already banned it. i lowered my resolution to the lowest option, and still couldnt even get concede to take effect. you just have to wait until you spontaneously die of timeouts at instant speed without ever having the action passed back to you. JUST BAN IT!
