   The game had a text that advertized that every pack bought with gold or gems would give a tick torwards the golden pack. I just bought 3 LOTR packs in the store because I am 3 ticks down from a golden pack and it didn't contribute

   it is really disrespectful to your playerbase to have a "released game" where the sound just disappears mid game. This has been a known bug for 3 updates. Why isn't making this game actually functional not a priority at WOTC?
