    Opponent was able to repeatedly activate Camera Launcher during my turn, sometimes multiple times. I had an Elvish Refueler in play on my side of the board, opponent did not. No other cards mentioning exhaust on their side.

    I had same experience. I had a Camera Launcher and Elvish Refueler on the board, opponent had a Camera Launcher on there side. He activated a total of 7 times before game ended. a number of the activations were during my turn, with 1 turn were they activated it twice and another turn 3x.

    I had the exact same thing happen. My opponent was able to activate Camera Launcher 3x during one of my turns.
    Everything you've described above was identical in my sealed match.
    In total he activated the exhaust ability of the Camera Launcher 7 times during the game.
    None of his other permanents even mentioned the exhaust mechanic.
