    Interestingly it seems to only appear when u have started the client before the counter runs out.
    Had this happen the second time to me and both times the daily deck broke was when i started up the Arena client before the counter ran to completion (1,5h 'too early' and 5h 'too early'). then shutting down the game and reopening it after the remaining time elapsed. timer stuck at 0:00, quest wont enable again.
