    Okay, I This is hella frustrating. I've tried to launch and play Arena on MacOS every day since release... on multiple machines. BUT every time it will not load. I login (after having re-downloaded and re-installed more than once on each machine) and then... cue black screen. Sometimes it just stays black indefinitely (I've let it sit for hours on a few occasions), and sometimes it comes up with the connection lost dialog after a few minutes.

    I have yet to actually be able to get into the client on any of my Apple devices, and TBH it ****** me off. Even after the "hotfix" the client still wont load. I'd love to be able to get this up and running, but this seems like just one more example of Apple users not being a priority for Wizards.

    still black-screening...
    but after 2-5 min returning the lost connection dialog...
    client still "not responding" on quit...
    found logs.

    Hi, I'm running the new MacOS client and also having black screen issues.
    First, I'm not having any problems with the update on the PC client, but on MacOS the following has been happening:
    The install went off without a hitch, I launched the app and logged in to my account.
    At this point I ran into the black screen.
    I tried restarting the client and whenever i try to quit the client the app stops responding, meaning it has to be force-quit.
    I relaunched and checked my network connection.
    In my network activity monitor I saw that the arena client was chugging along, and remembered Arena's habit of background downloading, so I went ahead and let the app run with the black screen until it had finished it's downloading (somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 gigs) and then tried to quit and relaunch the app again. However, the hanging on quit, and the black screen on launch have persisted.
    Unfortunately, as I have not yet been able to access the interface of the client since i logged in I can't seem to generate any logs.
