As an unqualified lay-person, I would deem the ruling ambiguous.

I agree the whole mutate stack should go to exile. However, the prevention of casting a spell with the same name may apply only to the top card (or to every card in the stack) depending on interpretation.

Looking at gatherer for Ixalan's Binding, the following ruling may be relevant:
29/09/2017 If the exiled card has a different name in exile than it did on the battlefield, Ixalan’s Binding stops players from casting spells with the name of that card as it exists in exile.

It does indicate that the prevention from casting should apply to each card rather than just the top card.

Did some more searching. In one of the comments of https://www.reddit.com/r/MagicArena/comments/g1pq1b/what_happens_when_you_bounce_a_mutated_creature/

Edit: Just got a confirmation from a Level 2 judge, all exiled cards will be prohibited.

When asked to cite the L2 judge, he said he asked at https://chat.magicjudges.org/mtgrules/

The update said that if someone had already entered an event with a card before the ban went through, they would still be able to complete that event with that deck. Therefore this may happen a few times until all the already entered events get completed.

Whilst there is no mention on gatherer for Tithe Taker, looking up gatherer for Immolation Shaman (which has a similar ability) states otherwise.

25/01/2019 Immolation Shaman’s first ability doesn’t trigger when an opponent activates an ability of a card in hand (such as cycling) or a card in a graveyard (such as that of Bone Dragon), even if that causes a card to be put onto the battlefield.

I would expect the same ruling to apply to Tithe taker, and thus it should also be added to gatherer for Tithe Taker.

    I played Traditional Standard.

I won game one - an error flashed on screen, then MTG Arena closed.
I restarted the client and logged back in to see the winning battlefield state.
It continued to sideboard and I played game two - which I also won.

Victory came onscreen - but no click to continue. And the screen doesn't respond.
ALT-F4 (I am on a Windows PC) closed the client.

I restarted the client and have received my reward for winning.

After today's update, sideboarding was impossible. The sideboard screen showed my sideboard cards and my companion, but none of my maindeck cards.

Neither my name nor my opponents name were shown correctly, neither was the diamond filled in for the first match win.

I was able to click on sideboard cards to remove them from the sideboard section, but they didn't show up in the deck section. Also, pressing Done did nothing, so I had to wait for the sideboard to time out.

The show battlefield button worked. And I was able to return to the faulty sideboard.
The button to switch to the sideways view and back again still worked also.

After game 2, returned to the same faulty sideboard - but reset to my full sideboard showing again. Same non-functional interractions.

I concur. Same happened to me.

I had Lurrus of the Dream Den (lifelink), my opponent used Polukranos (6/6) trigger to fight it and I didn't gain life.

In another game, my opponent had Lurrus of the Dream Den (lifelink). I used Go For Blood to get my Stonecoil Serpent (5/5) to fight their Lurrus. They did not gain life.
