Are you guys sure you cant just decline the discard? I think i remember my opponent declining, its been a couple weeks though since i played.

The Long Reach of Night states: "Each opponent sacrifices a creature unless they discard a card"

The player had no cards in hand, therefore, they could not discard a card. This should have forced them to sacrifice the creature they had in play, which it did not.

So, they discarded nothing, and sacrificed nothing.

This is the second draft where I have lost due to "The Long Reach of Night" Bug and would like to request another reimbursement. In this game my opponent played multiple copies of this card when I had an empty board state specifically to abuse this bug.

The Long Reach of Night is bugged and cost me a draft round. Forced sacrifice with no creatures in play.

The Long Reach of Night should not force discard when you have to creatures on the board. Was in a premium draft event.

I would like reimbursement, had this issue as well.

Had the The Long Reach of Night Bug used against me 5-6 times in the same game.

Seems to be a known bug per existing tickets but doesn't show up on the official "known bugs" list. Would like to get my draft entry refunded as I was forced to discard a card due to the first to saga effects while having no creature in play.

I got the impression that i should request reimbursement here in the future to reduce the customer service stress. Experienced the bug in traditional draft this time. I also did the same thing to my opponent

Please reimburse this draft for me. Same thing, straight to discard a card with no choice on either trigger. Third time this is happened and didn't even realize it was necessarily a bug the first time.

The Long Reach of Night does not allow the opponent to respond correctly. I should be able to choose NOT to discard and instead sacrifice a creature, even if I have NO creatures on the battlefield.

This obviously happened on mobile; but it is a known bug on every platform.

I should not be 2-1 in this draft. I should not have had to discard 4 of these cards.
