    Just happened again, still no fix.

    Opponent is at 26 with Righteous Valkyrie out. Swings with Speaker of the Heavens, I block with a 1/1. Opponent goes to 27 and Speaker survives as a 3/3 with 1 damage marked.

    The Speaker should be dead at this point, as it is a 1/1 when it takes damage.

    Just had this happen as well. Definitely a bug.
