no or very litte sound
The sound on my windows versio9n of the client is not working or at times working very little . i have tried un installing and reinstalling it as well as check my sound profile in windows.

Signing in to report bugs
Keep me signed in, it's not that hard. I just had to sign in again, and now when I do it it takes me to some Japanese WotC site and I have to get back here. You actually made it worse.

Change game language
Game defaults to mobile phone's language. No ability to change language in-game.

Ranking Points Error
Hi
I was on 1975 points. I then won two games where I gained 17 each game. I then played and won another game. After this game, my points are showing as 1924 points. I didn't see how many points I won in the last game, but somehow I've lost around 100 points!

Maybe the japanese translation is incorrect
Card name "Gatstaf Agitators" is translated as "グスタフの撹拌機" at japanese.
But, I guess it's correct to translate it as "グスタフの扇動者".1 vote -
Missing gems
After playing a match that would give me enough EXP to level up but leaving the game before the game shows that I leveled up causes me to not get my gems from leveling up. It will still show my new level in Home Screen but now I am missing gems

Improve first turn Class UI
At the beggining of the Match when showing the first class cards:
• It should show both classes cards at the same time
Or
• It should only show the enemy class card (and viceversa for him at the same time)Its time consuming to wait for your class card to show on you when you already know the class you are playing

Match not launching, loosing points
Launch 2 match in a raw, internet works perfectly well, got 2 instaloose without being able to connect to the game, so funny

Bad Italian translation for “wins”
In the Italian client When you win it shows “vittorie” that means: “victories” instead of “Vince” that means “wins”

Post game animation
After every game an unskippable animation of the winning spellslinger plays and it's is awful every time. After every win it feels boring like I have to wait to keep winning and I want to close the app. After every loss it feels like poor sportsmanship from my opponent and makes me angry I have to wallow in a loss. Either way I realize the best thing to do is probably uninstall a recreation app that makes me feel this way. Can you allow us to skip these animations or even let us opt out to ever have them. I…

One of the Challenges name seem to be still in original format, I'd assume I need to play a Legendary creature, but as name is too long I can't read it.

The Estwald outcast, after transforming by moonlight turns into a bear on the game board, but viewing the largescale of the creature, the card in collection, or having it die and return with relentless added to it will display the correct werewolf instead of a bear

Update dropped me from mythic 300 to gold
After the new update I dropped from Mythic 300s to gold. Is that suppose to happen? I believe in the patch notes it said you would only drop one rank.

Clan members
After 30 days a leader of the clan should be removed we have some members un active for a long time and no one can kick them

Merge accounts
Hello, I seem to have 2 accounts. On my phone it is linked with my Google account and on my PC with my Wizards account, both under the same email.
I tried following the troubleshooting steps but when I try to log in with the Wizards acc on my phone, it gets stuck in 'Authenticating' and I never get the option to chose between one or the other account.
Could you please look into this and merge the accounts? I wanna play on my PC but right now I don't have the option to log in with the correct account.
