To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

This is 12 generic and 2 blue but when you search for it, it says 2 generic and 2 blue.

Imoti Art Style not available when crafting deck
The deck editor in Quick Draft would not allow me to apply the card style to the copy of Imoti that I drafted in the event. The deck editor when I edit my Quick Draft deck simply didn't show the control to let me select different card styles.

Actual physical packs issue
I tried to find where to put this under MTG support, but there is literally no contact customer service or create a ticket on any of the pages. I'm unsure why this site is designed so well, and the others are not.
At a prerelease there were Booster Packs that had coloration issues. On person at my table opened packs that had 5 set rares in them, not counting any bonus cards.
Another person opened cards like Woodland Acolyte (241) which to my understanding should not be in Draft booters.
Can you kindly forward to the appropriate channels, and perhaps…

Winning store championship, but adding to companion application after winning.
I won last nights store championships at my local LGS. My cellular device was broken, and now I want to add my results in after. How do I do this?

Ritengo il criterio di assegnazione dell'avversario poco equo:
Se uso un mazzo mill mi viene assegnato spesso un avversario con un mazzo di 100 carte....
Uso un mazzo creature bianco mi viene assegnato un mono nero rimozioni.
Uso un mazzo mono rosso aggro mi viene assegnato un mazzo mirror.
Scusate ,ma dov'è?L'equilibio?O la casualità?
Io credo che sia da rivedere il meccanismo perchè il gioco sta diventando noioso.
Io ringrazio del fatto sia gratuito e sia un bel gioco,ma è da migliore.

QoL Improvement Idea
When I minimize the Mobile app, it forgets all data. i.e. if I am looking up a card, then swap to text, then swap back, lost my search history.
Not sure if this is a me problem?
Samsung G S21also, when selection colors to include or exclude it would be nice to be able to scroll, I can't move the bar so I can barely see White and Colorless.
Adding the gold multi color symbol would be a nice also.
If this is a me issue then I apologize.

Search setting cache
It would be really nice, if the Companion app would keep track of my search queries/advanced setting so that i can revisit them even after I put the phone away for a while.
Now, the search results disappear after the app is inactive for some time, which is annoying, especially when your search queries/settings are complex.

scrolling interferes with range-bar selection
Whenever I drag the screen to scroll while in the advanced search, if the initial finger position is over the range-bar, it also selects a range in the range-bar, which is not wanted.

Allow stores to integrate the app with registrations more easily.
Allow people to register for events ahead of time using a special either one time code or some sort of event link that they can get from checking out on a website or in the app.

Companion app has wrong information on it about legality of some cards.

Wrong Portuguese translation of Initiative token
This token is #20 from Battle for Baldur's Gate Tokens (TCLB).
The correct translation of “initiative” in Portuguese is “iniciativa” as can be proven in WoC Dungeons and Dragon’s Portuguese edition books. However, in Magic The Gathering it was translated into “dianteira”.

Web Search Pop up
The card search on browser locks up because of the pop up for the Companion App. When the page loads anywhere below the top, it prevents the visor from scrolling, reloading the page causes the same problem. The page is locked due to the pop up and there's no way to scroll up to view/ close the popup.
