To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Event locator Not Loading
The locator just spins incessantly, never loading any events.
I’ve tried narrowing and widening the search, entering a location, using current location.

In Companion/Eventlink, Sealed Events with Top Draft take the Constructed structure
When an event is created, it's natural that the rounds are calculated based on the number of attendees. Everything's fine there. The problem occurs on Limited Tournament with a Top.
Basically, when an event has 9-16 attendees for a Limited format (Most usually a Sealed event with a draft on the top), the MTR suggests that it should have 4 rounds of Sealed and later a cut to the Top 8 with a draft. The problem is that the structure for that event with that amount of attendees, it takes the Constructed number of rounds (5 Rounds, Top 4), which…

DO NOT PLAY TOURNAMENTS WHERE YOU WIN BOXES OR OTHER PRIZES. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 NINJA TURTLES BOXES FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND THEY STILL WON'T REPLY. THEY'RE A SCAM. THEY POCKET THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PRIZE. THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR MONTHS AND THEN MAYBE THEY TELL YOU THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT. Bugged events in companion
I have a bugged event in the app which I cant remove.

Companion - Commander - Life Tracker Starts at 0
There is a bug with the Life Tracker for Commander. Even when selecting starting life totals to be 40, the Life Tracker displays “0” for all players.

Cannot log in
I cannot login since the update on either of the 2 iOS device I have. I can get into my wizard account, and arena, but the iOS app seems to delete my password, spin, and then repopulate it. There’s no error, it just cycles back to the login over and over.
I have tried removing and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, reseting my password, and phone cache. Nothing works.

Life total set to 0
After the latest update, the Life Tracker on the Companion App keeps setting all player's life to 0 at the start of the game, regardless of format, even when resetting the current game.

Commander Setup Lifetotal Error
I start a 4 player Commander game, each player starts ay 40 ,in the 2 player per side of the table and it always starts with 0 life and I have to manually increase the life totals up to 40. Issue doesn't occur when set up for 4 players each on a table side

Cant login
Can’t login to companion app. It spins for second and then nothing. I reset my password. Nothing. I deleted and redownloaded. Nothing. I am logged into Arena. It’s just the companion app. I can’t go play paper magic at shops until the app works.

Lifepoint problem
Segnalo un problema sulla funzione segnapunti. Quando viene inizializzata una partita i lifepoint sono a zero. Ho notato che succede quando clicco su nuova partita e non tocco la preselezione dei punti vita. Cambiando la selezione dei punti vita invece il problema si risolve. Forse manca una inizializzazione dei punti vita anche nel caso della preselezione automatica

Unable to log in to MTG Companion
I am unable to log in to the MTG Companion app.
Issue: Cannot log in from the MTG Companion login screen.
Environment:
• Device: iPhone 17
• iOS version: 26.3.1
• Language: Japanese
• App version: 1.11.7
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to log in from all login screens in the Companion app.
Actual Behavior: The loading animation plays for about 2 seconds, then returns to the login screen.
Login is not successful.

When you look on event you should be able to see details(date, place etc)
When you register for multiple events, you can’t see the details and track which ones you already registered to.

Erro de Atulalização

Já fiz de tudo, mas o Erro Continua.
Meu Computador é um Windows 10/ 8 GB de RAM/ Processador Intel i7 870/ Placa de Vídeo NVIDIA GTX 1650 SUPER.Por gentileza, me ajudem com esse Problema.

Life tracker quality of life.
I use the companion app to track life, but the life counter does not accept a long press or holding the screen to subtract or add life in multiples of five.

Can’t log in
Anyone else unable to log in to the MtG Companion app? I have the latest version, my iOS is 26.3.1(a), and I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling. It keeps saying my username/password are incorrect. I’ve changed the password, confirmed that I can log in to the website and Arena with no issues, and still can’t get into the Companion App. Any ideas?

Commander Banlist not properly alphabetized.
On the official commander banlist, a few cards are not properly alphabetical. It lists Chaos Orb before Channel and Karakas before Jeweled Lotus, when it should be the other way around to keep the list fully alphabetical.
