To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

Emblem Support
It would be advantageous to be able to create emblems. If a card would have you create an emblem, you can have it right there on your life tracker. This could be implemented through either a library of emblems that exist, or by the player inputting the text themself. If the latter, a method of keeping a personal library of emblems would be appreciated.

More Counter Variety
I would love to see more variety to counters in the life tracker, or a feature for custom counters. One example is Rad Counters in the Fallout set. I would also like to be able to increase or decrease counters from the main screen, rather than going into the counter submenu every time.

Search for near by events
Would like to be able to filter what event or format I’m looking for when searching near by events. For example, if I only want to see standard, draft or commander I’d like to filter those in or out.

Show total players when registering for a tournament
Sometimes players dont register until they see at least a number of players registered.
Like to ensure a tournament can run, usually we try to achieve 4 players per tournament, and not run tournaments when players are lesser than 4.

Smartwatch notifications
Smartwatch notifications with useful information, rather than just tournament status updates; don’t tell me the round is updated and pairings are posted, just tell me my pairing/table number. Would save opening the app to retrieve information that could be easily displayed externally.

Record Win/loss records and have some kind of ranking system for players and decks
Have a ranking system for players in each way of playing . Historic,Modern, ect.
Also have rewards for the top 100 players with the higher the rank the more rewards . Also i would like to see the Win/Loss of decks. Even if you change one thing in a deck then the win/loss record will reset. Also have it track everyone using that deck . I understand some players dont want others to see there decks so it would have to be a option that the player would have to agree with. But most definitely track the winning percentage of…3 votes -
Ability to delete unwanted items
Honestly just give us the ability to delete unwanted items, and the ability to disassemble cards towards wild card

App update
I would love to have the app have a button that calls a Judge. It would alert "Judge(s)" to the players table vs screaming JUDGE!!! And causing someone to get triggered by loud noise.

No Alchemy format cards in the database
It would be really helpful if we could look up Alchemy exclusive cards in the Companion app.

Event History
It would be great to have access to all old events.
It would help me as a player to improve, if I could see my old results.
Even better if I could take notes to a match-up.
Take pictures of a boardstate to analyse the situation later. Keep track of the decks I played, what I sideboarded, special cards my opponent played.
Save my own decklist that I used in the event (this is especially useful in draft).
All these would be great to become a better Magic player and track my events20 votes -
Idea for new feature
I feel it would be beneficial if you could add a feature to the database where you could "add" cards to your own physical "collection." It would be a great way to keep track of what cards, and how many, you physically have.
Also, an aside to that would be a deck generator option. It would use the cards you have in your collection to make a deck using parameters that you put in (ie. White only, Black and Blue, speed deck, Vampire deck, etc.). Might be a bit more involved than just the collection idea, but would be cool…1 vote -

Kartentext Sprache
Die Companion mtg App ist sehr übersichtlich aber die Inhalte der Kartentexte sind nicht angepasst zur App Sprache.
Bei mir ist die App auf deutsch aber die Kartentexte sind auf Englisch.
Es wäre angenehmer wenn die Kartentexte auch übersetzt werden würden.1 vote -

I would like to see a rule book with a search function attached.
I realize that the cards can be searched and rulings found that way.
A comprehensive rule guide would be helpful to those of us who enjoy the procedure as much as the game.2 votes
