Lobby Game State Indicators
To who ever reads this. I have a suggestion for improving the spell table experience. One thing that has always been a little irritating is the situation where you have 2 or 3 players ready to start a match, you decide to play with just 3 instead of waiting for a fourth player and then turn 5 or 6 someone fills the empty spot and you have to either tell them to leave, stop playing to discuss if it's worth them waiting for the game to end to join the next game or so on.
I propose (and I am by no means trained or qualified in software development so I don't know that this would work) but I propose a setting you can access in game that allows you to take a "game state" that will be displayed in the main lobby beneath each possible game yo join these states could include
"Looking for players"
"Game in progress"
I'm not sure if any other kinds of messages would need to be displayed but it would I think help iron out one of the wrinkles in the spell table experience.
By the way you guys are doing a great job, spell table is basically the only way I get to play magic these days and it's so wonderful being able to play with brand new people from all over the world all the time.
Cheers

I second this, adding this in for the lobby lead (or whatever who started the lobby is called) to "lock" the lobby would be a nice feature, i can see this being in the lobby control section of where you can remove players, randomize the play order, etc) and making it public that the pod has been set/settled/established.
Just something to close it from the lobby that the game host has control over.
Great post
