    Definitely not just a visual bug, lol. The game has been unplayable for us going on 2 weeks now.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again: Wizards doesn't want to acknowledge this issue because they're afraid it would cause people to stop buying gems.

    Just adding additional information. I finally got a response on my support ticket, to which they said:

    "These issues you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review."

    Having the same issue. I've put in a couple of support tickets (report a bug and problem with my event). Like others noted, this happened when I hit mythic in limited. Stuck at Beginner Tier 0, unable to win or lose a game in draft, unable to progress towards any type of daily reward, and it always fires off the tutorial when I restart my game. I have had zero response to my tickets (nor to my tweets). I also emailed them separately and am thinking about calling Wizards directly to complain. This is really, really terrible customer service.

    I'm closing my name normally, and have had no issues during my gameplay. However, every freaking time I open it back up, I have to wait TWENTY minutes so that I can play again! What the **** WOTC? This is UNACCEPTABLE.
