"These issues you have reported has been sent up to the developers to review."
An error occurred while saving the comment Vitacraves#95430 commentedHaving the same issue. I've put in a couple of support tickets (report a bug and problem with my event). Like others noted, this happened when I hit mythic in limited. Stuck at Beginner Tier 0, unable to win or lose a game in draft, unable to progress towards any type of daily reward, and it always fires off the tutorial when I restart my game. I have had zero response to my tickets (nor to my tweets). I also emailed them separately and am thinking about calling Wizards directly to complain. This is really, really terrible customer service.

An error occurred while saving the comment Vitacraves#95430 commentedI'm closing my name normally, and have had no issues during my gameplay. However, every freaking time I open it back up, I have to wait TWENTY minutes so that I can play again! What the **** WOTC? This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Definitely not just a visual bug, lol. The game has been unplayable for us going on 2 weeks now.
