Happened to me too, in a very hard DMU draft I picked a Squee, Dubius Monarch which turned into an Uurg, Spawn of Tuurg, which obviously screwed up my subsequent picks. At the end of the draft it turned out that I DID actually pick Squee, at least, but still I had to draft in a very different way because of this visual bug, and now I have a very suboptimal deck.

As you can see in the screenshot, the Squee (which was pack 2 pick 2) is nowhere to be found.
