    I am also experiencing this phenomenon. I just started Arena in the last two weeks, during which time I cloned and saved the ten older two color decks. After logging on post-update, I can use the ten new starter decks in the starter event, but wins don’t allow me to add those cards or decks to my collection, as the event description suggests they should. Meanwhile I started with access to the red white deck, which I have not played. I would like to gain access to the other nine decks if it is possible, and I hope content in the application is updated if it is no longer possible for me or others to keep more new decks.
