   I have had 3 drafts in a row where the client has bugged out, not passing me packs or showing a loading screen while the draft continued to happen in the background. Premium draft is now missing so I can't get to my janky order picked deck at all now.

   refund request

   My premier draft froze in pack 2, I waited a while to see if it would recover then exited and reentered to find the rest of the table was on pack 3 and all my cards had been auto picked.
