Yep, that's a mandatory unbreakable loop. In paper the game would be a draw. But I doubt, that Arena is capable of recognizing such a scenario.

Queen Brahne is neither a shaman nor a wizard, so Harmonic Prodigy does not apply to her triggers.

Bonus sheet cards are not added to the Standard card pool. So unless there is already a legal printing in another Standard legal set, the card is not legal in Standard. As is the case with Fynn the Fangearer. You cannot include it in Standard decks.

And why would you not get Syncopate anymore? Until you have 4 copies of a card scattered over all its printings, you get another copy for your collection. If you don't have a printing yet, even if you have a full four copies, you can get that printing from the pack's set, unlocking a full set for that printing all at once. But getting one copy of that printing is nessessary for that.

Excess commons and uncommons contribute to the vault, by the way. Commons and uncommons also do not have duplicate protection when opening packs. Only rares and mythics do.

Why would the enchantment stop it? The Monument has no activated abilities to stop. It only has a TRIGGERED ability, which is not at all bothered because triggered abilities aren't activated in the first place, they trigger.

Activated abilities ALWAYS have the form [cost]:[effect]. If it doesn't have that template (either in the rules text of the card, or in the rules for the keyword ability), it is not an activated ability. Activated abilities are the only kind of abilities that can be activated. Activated abilities cannot be triggered.

Triggered abilities ALWAYS use the words "when", "whenever", or "at" to describe their trigger condition. If it doesn't, you are not dealing with a triggered ability. The word "if" followed by a condition does NOT denote a triggerd ability.Triggered abilities are the only kind of abilities that can trigger. They are never activated.

"Trigger", and "activate", as well as derived terms, have very specific meanings within the game. They are NOT interchangeble.

Not a bug. X in a mana cost is 0 anywhere but on the stack. On the stack X is whatever value you chose for it.

107.3g If a card in any zone other than the stack has an {X} in its mana cost, the value of {X} is
treated as 0, even if the value of X is defined somewhere within its text.

Additional tokens created via replacement effects are subject to ALL effects the original token is subject to. That includes entering tapped, entering attacking, getting sacrificed or exiled at end of combat or end of turn, RECEIVING COUNTERS, etc.

Did you cast Auron's Inspiration before or after declaring attackers? The former has no attacking creatures to apply the effect to. Only the later will result in powered up attackers.

Combat damage assignment does not take into account replacement effects and prevention effects that will alter the actual damage dealt. You can only assign the normal combat damage of the attacker. AFTERWARDS the assigned damage will be trippled by City on Fire when the damage is actually dealt.

In a similar vein, if a prevention effect will prevent 1 damage to a blocker for example, you can still trample over with the normal damage, the blocker will then just not die because it receives 1 less damage.

"ATTACKING creatures get +2/+0 until end of turn."

So yes, Auron's Inspiration gives your opponent's atacking creatures +2/+0, if you are inclined to cast the spell during your opponent's combat phase. That's not a bug, that is the card doing exactly what it says it does. You do not have attacking creatures during your opponent's turn. You can only have BLOCKING creatures during your opponent's combat phase.

Noctis, Prince of Lucis has a color identiy of WUB, it cannot be used in a deck, where the commander only has a color identity of WU (Hope Estheim). The opposite is possible, though, you can use Hope Estheim in a Brawl deck where Noctis is the commander.

The double damage wasn't from double strike, it came from Trance Kuja, Fate Denied:

"If a Wizard you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage instead."

And Adelbert Steiner was made a Wizard by the Black Mage's Rod he was carrying. If the blocker had suvived, THEN Adelbert would have hit it for ANOTHER 12 due to double strike.

Dragonfire Blade grants HEXPROOF from monocolored, not protection. So if a multicolored spell or an ability of a multicolored source causes a fight between the equipped creature and a monocolored creature, that fight WILL happen and the damage WILL be dealt. Because hexproof does nothing against damage, only targeting. And the only thing that targets in such a scenario is the multicolored spell/ability.

Read the card again, carefully. The only instants and sorceries that it copies are ADVENTURES. Adventure is a subtype of instants and sorceries, and the wording on the card is such, that the spell has to have that subtype in order to get copied.

The target is the equipment attached to Danita, the Whie Mage's Staff. In destroying that one, Danita loses the +1/+1 turning the damage she has taken lethal, so she dies.

It's a static ability, and thus falls under 604.7. It cannot reference any cards that leave exile. Last known information is NOT consulted.

Furthermore, it IS a linked ability:

607.2q If a permanent spell has an ability printed on it that allows one or more cards to be exiled
while paying a cost to cast it and the permanent that spell becomes has an ability that refers to
cards “exiled with [this object],” those abilities are linked. The second ability refers only to
cards exiled to pay the cost of the spell that became that permanent.

It DOES matter what happen to the cards in exile, because Soulflayer's ability is a static ability, and thus cannot use last known information. So if a card leaves exile, like putting the commander back into the comand zone, that information can no longer be referenced.

604.7. Unlike spells and other kinds of abilities, static abilities can’t use an object’s last known
information for purposes of determining how their effects are applied.

Fynn got trample from that spell. Trample plus deathtouch is a potent combination. Deathtouch makes ANY nonzero amount of damage lethal, even for the purpose of damage assignment. Which means, such a crerature can plow through as many blockers as it has power. Add trample and it can trample over a number of blockers that is less than its power and still hit the player with some damage. Which is what happened here, 1 damage for your blocker and 3 to you, which triggered Fynn.

Everyone only gets one daily quest per day. You do NOT get three daily quests per day. The exception is the launch day of a new set, where everyone will be filled up to a full three active daily quests.

Did it have that power when you declared it as attacker? Getting to 21+ power after it was declarerd as attacker does not count.

You cannot do it, because it simply doesn't work. The rules of the game don't allow this to happen. Becasue all those cards have beginning of combat triggers, they all go on the stack at the same time, and you have to choose a target for Jenova's trigger then and there. No token is created yet, no matter how you try to order the triggers, so none of the tokens from Lagomos, or Urabrask's Forge, or Calamity, etc. are legal targets. You cannot target what doesn't exist (yet).
