Card styles aren't just for a specific card, but for a specific card from a specific set. Always be sure to check the set symbol on the card style to know which one it's for.
In this case, you can't use the card style because it's for the version from the Mystical Archives from Strixhaven while your card is from Shadows of the Past.

That's because in paper you have to set aside the time to play at a designated time. If you have to leave for whatever reason, that's it. On Arena you can play whenever you want. If you have to stop playing and can't get back for a week, you can do so."I have played against players that were using constructed decks because of the synergy is not founded in a draft setting please fix."
I too have had several Draft matches against what are seemingly constructed decks. Most likely it's just another one of Arena's ways of trying to force a 50% win-rate by giving your opponent perfect draws.
If you try to report it, they will either claim "Our game is perfect and therefore no such thing could ever happen," or they will say "We take hacking very seriously and will investigate." Either way, they won't give you compensation. -

Why are you so insistent that white, green, & red not have card draw? They've all had card draw since nearly the beginning.

When multiple things are placed on the battlefield at one time, any aura enchantments among them cannot go onto any of the other things coming in at the same time. So if Braids was the only creature already on the battlefield, then Braids was the only legal target for War Squeak to enchant.
