I cannot use “not dead after all” on “Grief” or “Fury” before he dies for the evoke cost.

Some player can actually play not dead after all on Grief (or Fury) before he dies, but for some others it cannot be done unless the opponent plays a spell on the stack before the evoke ability ends. This is frustrating because the the peculiarity of this deck is exactly this mechanism.
