    This happened to me while playing Brawl. I had to use Alt + F4 to get out. In my case, the gear icon at the top right disappeared when I was selecting a color for Lotus Cobra's trigger, which is when the opponent conceded, and the gear icon never came back after the opponent conceded, leaving me stuck in the game. I couldn't create a log, because I had to Alt + F4. I have a video that shows this happening, but when I attach it to my bug comment, this interface won't post the comment, the post comment button just spins indefinitely. Ironic, a bug with in interface that we have to use to report bugs. It happens.

    This just happened to me as well. I'm currently in the opening hand selection of Brawl and haven't been able to do anything. My opponent, who "goes first", is selecting whether to free mulligan, and his timer ran out but is frozen at the end, and has been so for minutes. All I can do is play with the pets or concede.

    Today's 190MB patch seems to have fixed it.

    I have the same issue. When starting the game client (every time), the game attempts to load, gets to the point of loading the initial scene, then waits for the server, and then just displays a black screen with the usual game cursor and music. The game sits on the black screen no matter how long I wait after that point. Troubleshooting efforts that I have already taken (which have not solved the problem) include: restarting the computer; adjusting firewall settings; flush DNS cache and winsock reset (with additional computer restart); router restart; temporarily disable firewall for game client restart. I am in the USA and not using a VPN. This has been an issue for 18+ hours.

    I also noticed the following issues mentioned in my player log:
