    Another day, another of those tickets,
    Some cards (and all the cards displayed as missing in your screenshots) are exclusive to preconstructed products like the Brawl decks and the Planeswalker decks, they can not be obtained in packs and there is no way in game to distinguish them from the others.

    Because the 60 cards requirement is a minimum, not a maximum. However you should try to stick to 60 for better deck consistency as long as [Battle of Wits] is not in Standard.
