BTW, the log file is zipped. Uploading directly the Arena log file was refused (it' around 48 MB, close to the size limit), so I had to zip it. Just remove the .log extension and unzip it

It's a shame that your own software can't produce logs that are accepted by your own bug reporting service...

I have played a bunch of LTR drafts to try to complete the set, even using wildcards for that. But for the last 2 drafts (the last one being 15-20 min before capturing the logs), when opening the prize packs, I'm given gems instead of the missing rares.

I'd expect to get rare cards instead of gems there, because even if I own 1 of each rare, I don't own 4 of each rare (I have 269 out of 296 rares: 27 rares missing).

Please help, my goal was to have the complete collection, and I won't buy any packs or play more drafts if I can only have it by spending wildcards.

There are 5 rares that you only get with the Mastery Pass. They are not included in booster packs.

The last two packs I've opened for ONE have awarded me gems in the main slot. I have 16 uncollected rarest left for the set.

Same here with The Brothers war. I have -by far- not all rares collected and I receive gems instead of cards.

Had the same problem (3 times) with War of the Spark packs

I am missing all rares from Theros and it does not work.

Received 40 Gems instead of an Ikoria mythic

I am missing and around 40 rares from magic 2020, 50 rares from Eldrain and about 42 from theros and despite opening at least 40 packs( PAID FOR WITH MONEY used to buy gems with a credit card) from the above sets, I ALWAYS only ever get gems

I am receiving gems for rare cards when I open Theros packs from the store, yet my rare collection is not complete.

I also received 20 gems instead of Thassa's Intervention, the only rare or mythic for which I have a complete set.

Another day, another of those tickets,
Some cards (and all the cards displayed as missing in your screenshots) are exclusive to preconstructed products like the Brawl decks and the Planeswalker decks, they can not be obtained in packs and there is no way in game to distinguish them from the others.
