Same problem here since yesterday (2019/09/30). The resolution changed automatically to the wrong ratio, without showing the native resolution in the list. After several restarts, it suddenly changed to the correct resolution and it was available again. Yet, without any interference it soon changed back when I entered the graphic options... . somocs workaround "fixed" the problem (remark: setting the "Screenmanager Resolution Use Native_..." to 1 is also a good option instead of typing the desired resolution by hand), but it should not have to be "fixed" in the first place.
