Playing in premier draft, mid pack 2, I noticed that the pod was taking a long time to pass me my next pack, I tried to click the pick wheel to see what was holding it up and it wouldn't respond, then it updated to show no available picks but three packs waiting on my name. I couldn't make any picks.
Reloading the game put me back into the draft with some delay, causing me to miss several picks which caused me to have a substantially worse deck.
Did not have time to screenshot, but the log is attached.

Looking back at my tracking on this I missed 7 or 8 picks including pack 2 pick 1 so at least one rare/mythic pick I could have had. I would appreciate a refund.
