1. Players who bought a physical copy for PS5

   I am hoping to hear some kind of update on when if ever we can expect s fix for this issue? I bought this game and convinced others to buy it solely for this feature which was advertised as being there at launch. I have heard players who bought a digitial version on ps5 can download the ps4 version for free and play thst way (but with no save progress transferring over). However those of us with physical copies are left hoping to at very least hear you guys admit it is a known problem and not constantly ignore it. I would like to know so I can make an informed decision on trying to pursue a refund for the product.

2. Braindead Developers

   PS4/PS5

   I feel like the developers are very out of touch with their players. Nobody and I mean nobody asked you to make the enemies even stronger while nerfing the players. We asked for a more responsive AI which it is now but in a bad way. Unfortunately now this just magnifies the game breaking issues of mobs teleporting, un-telegraphed one shot moves. Mobs like the Vebeergs chaining multiple red moves and or changing their move mid animation now all just happen more frequently.

   Cultists are consistently bugged in that they now charge you and and are able to do a 90 degree course correction when you dodge them hitting you anyways. In addition the hit box for said charges by the exploding cultist are just flat out broken.

   Also, the backstab animation on cultist is clearly broken you can not get into a position for the R1 to appear before it goes away (much quicker then other mobs btw)

   Giants not telegraphing their hits or the hit box for example downing me when he is charging the opposite direction which his axe slide still hitting me and one shot killing me even though I was out of combat range and BEHIND HIM.

   PS4/PS5 gameplay is still not fixed and this one really sucks. I sure hope you plan on offering a way to port your PS4 saves to PS5 when this is finally fixed as I'm basically forced to play the ps4 version to get groups.

   Even though I don't feel ANYONE asked for you to make the mobs harder and more tedious to kill endgame farming you did, which would be fine IF you actually fixed any of the other parts of the game that are causing people to just randomly die for no reason.

   Lastly loot is still an issue, so you've made the game harder and more tedious congratulations but in addition you've done nothing to change the loot pools to reward the harder gameplay? WTH? We should not be getting commons on bosses when doing all the loot upgrades, not dying to the broken one shot mechanics of this game.

   While this game has been severely broken since day one of release, it was still fun to play. Now it's just tedious and the reward for completing the levels on the hardest difficulty is just not there. What was the idea behind this?

   Why is the priority to nerf the players over fixing the NUMEROUS bugs in the game. Fix the bugs then lets talk about game balance!!!

3. cattie-brie's piercing shot does too much damage.

   When this game started, Cattie-Brie's moveset was really limited and the combat was boring.

   As I unlocked more and more moves, I had a lot of fun incorporating each new move into my attacks and combos. I think that the minimum stamina being 50% was too high, as it doesn't particularly punish spamming stamina eaters all that much, but I was still having fun.

   Until I unlocked piercing shot.

   Now 90% of my attacks are piercing shot. It does way too much single-target damage for the small setup that it has, not to mention when you actually line up a couple targets. If combat was a little faster paced and that setup time actually cost me taking a hit every now and again, maybe it would be okay. Maybe if minimum stamina was lower than 50%, I would actually have to be careful about using moves that eat stamina.

   But as it stands, no matter what combination of moves I use, nothing seems even close to the DPS that I get from spamming piercing shot, and it is too easy to get that DPS at basically no cost. Sure, I could just not use it, but it's so hard not to. I shouldn't have to take it easy on the game to have fun with it.

   Save me from myself. Nerf Piercing shot.

   EDIT: If you want a suggestion beyond just changing the stamina mechanics/every enemy's AI, I would propose cutting the short-range damage output by like 40%, making that damage uniform at all ranges, and extending the max range by like 100%. This way, players still get good damage from using the ability to actually skewer multiple targets, and aren't incentivized to spam near-melee range piercing shots at every enemy in the game.

4. All equipment and weapons on character deleted and gets stuck in merchant and can’t get out.

   On PlayStation 4 Playing as Bruenor with friends all my gear has disappeared so character is unplayable and also gets stuck in merchants and button to get out does not work.

5. simply put you made the regular monsters stronger.. and didnt change the boss strength

   please increase the armor and stamina to the charactors and nurf the regular monsters then buff the boss monsters.. also make the cultivists attack smooth. i hate being killed by some rando monster then i hate even more that i get one shoted by a cultivist that was never even on my screen, or when i get killed and then i see the attack happen after i die, giving my no chance to block or dodge or attack... when you attack a monster they should at the least be slightly stunned and shouldnt attack through your hits

6. Need to revamp loot if the recent patch is the direction the game is headed

   Greetings!

   I've enjoyed my time spent in dark alliance thus far. I play solo and also with a group of friends at times. Loot grinding games are some of my favorite games. However, they are only good when the reward is worth the effort. Before the latest patch it was riding the line of whether the time spent was worth the potential rewards. After this latest patch I fear it has tipped the scale in the wrong direction.

   I do enjoy the increased difficulty that this patch brought! I feel that the way the loot currently works is not a great system for the level of difficulty this game has. With how much effort a player has to put in to getting the highest level gear it needs to rely less on random numbers and needs to be more targeted specifically to what the player wants.

   Obviously, this can be accomplished in many ways but the bottom line is that it needs to be more about player choice rather than RNG.

7. Latest Update Killed the Game

   Latest update has ruined the game. Buffing enemies and nerfing players has made the game unplayable. One shot deaths on max characters is not fun at all. Impossible to play cr5 or 6 as a solo player and we will never get AI companions. With player base dropping you won’t be able to find a group online either. I really enjoyed the game……please save it!!!

8. Reward chest empty after completing mission

   1. I encountered this issue on PC/Steam.

   2. I was playing with a friend.

   3. I was playing as Catti-Brie (my friend played as Wulfgar)

   Steps: We were doing a mission and completed it. Nothing weird happened.

   Result: When we got back to the lobby the reward chest was empty and we were back at level 1.

   Expected Result: To be able to pick up loot from the reward chest and to maintain our level. Our game did not crash or disconnect before we got sent back to the lobby.

9. No update on Xbox Gamepass PC

   1. Issue is on gampass for windows 10 PC
   2. Played yesterday online with friends and during the session I was no longer able to connect to an online session. Now when trying to join online, either quick play or custom session it just spins trying to connect. Looking at gamepass, my current version is 1.16.91.0 - installed 7/13/2021 so I'm assuming that I can't get online because the version I have is not the most current version.

   4. I have not found a workaround. Checked both gamepass app and windows store to see if I could download an update and there is no update showing as available. I will try to uninstall and re-install but worried about loosing progression given all the stories I read about people's characters being reset.

10. Add a Tab for General Information

    At Kelvin's Cairn, make a menu tab accessible to read about various game mechanics such as:

    Stats - e.g. explain how Elemental Penatration works.
    Conditions (Status Effects) - short descriptions
    Short Rest Loot Bonus
    Set Gear Bonuses: e.g. All three bonuses do/don't stack.
    Etc

    This should be a simple list (like the Journal) that shows in a scrolling pane as needed.
    Requires minimum dev/testing time and easy to modify content.

11. The AI damage is too high when there is still teleporting AI hits. (the hit to my character occurs before any visual movements)

    You guys can’t make the guys hit that hard when you still have teleporting enemy hits. By teleporting hits, I mean the hit occurred from the enemy before a movement is even displayed on screen. I can’t tell you how many times now I’m like what was it that just 1 shot me? Don’t make the Dungeons have such a high Combat Power requirement. There isn’t enough content to make those like raids. Plus the dungeons are a part of the loot loop since there are areas that have increased gear rate drops. So now I get 1 shot from I don’t even know. And no one can revive me because they could get 1 hit by your outrageous enemy damage now. You sucked all the coop play out of the game. We take like 1 or 2 hits from trash mobs and we die. So revives are no longer relevant. Revives should be so available that they are a part of the gameplay loop. If we can’t revive each other, then we have to clear an area nearly complete before resurrecting our buddies. And no game is fun just watching your buddies. Get your player base back in the gameplay loop. Here’s what you do, add the ability to block while reviving so you at least don’t take hits from the front. Lower the ai damage and put more of them on the screen. You don’t have to go full Dynasty Warriors but make the gameplay a little more arcade feeling. The characters themselves are badasses and are not gonna get absolutely wrecked by a single goblin. Let us rack up those combo chains. Don’t make it so I take one hit and die. This is not Dark Souls. Don’t try to make it that way either, you have too many moving enemy targets for that. Lorewise, we’d slaughter a bunch of the little stuff. You still have aoe splash damage from Verbeeg that hits me out of the range. My character is dead out of the range. I was playing Drizzt, Blinked and then got 1 tapped by an archer. An archer! And I was supposed to be invisible! Like ranged attacks should be nerfed considerably. They spawn in all over in multiples and can kill with a single hit? C’mon. Or a few hits, you never know what it was that truly killed you at times. The guys with Wolverine claws have teleporting hits and the cultists have teleporting hits.

12. Crystal Harvest - ACT 2 Crystalline Dreams - Eliminate the cultists.

    1. I was playing on PS4
    2. I was playing with 2 other friends
    3. We were playing Drizzt, Cattie-Brie, and Wulgar.
    4. No work around that we've encountered.

    We were trying to Eliminate the cultists to stop their ritual sacrifices. We defeated all the enemies but never got the "Objective Completed". There are no enemies to be found and we cannot go through the next portal to advance.

13. PS5 - Wulfgar Blacksmith Armor 8pc bonus is bugged

    The frenzy bonus at <40% HP will stay on even when you go above 40% HP, but will toggle off PERMANENTLY once you go below 40% HP threshold again.

    I was playing an act of a Dungeon when my friend, that had a good connection while we were playing , been disconnected and expelled from the party randomly. It's the third time in a week and this time he was annoyed because he had 2 legendary Items... He was playing Drizzt

16. Respawn performances and linked bug

    Every respawn comes with half or more of the character model invisible for like five to seven seconds before they are loaded. It can even be trickier from a boss respawn as their models won't load too for approximatively the same time and certain gameplay element are not visible but effective from sound clues (invulnerability bubble from the shaman goblin invocated by the first boss of the game).
    Last but not least, there is a very weird but consistent bug with a random healthbar that stick to the screen after a respawn till the end of the stage and can stick even to the camp. It usually happens after all checkpoints are triggered for loot and a death that causes to redo the chapter from beggining.

17. visual bugs

    I play on xbox one x
    -Characters are drinking potions with their elbow (weird).
    -Drizzt's "Wearer of the mask" scimittars are visually bugged unless we apply beholder skin (other skins gives their colour to a big line that connect the two swords).

19. Friendly fire

    Hello.

    Play on PC as Bruenor while friends play Cattie and Drizzt.

    I don't know if this is intentional or not, but friendly attacks seem to bounce off or unable to be executed if you aim at or your attacks hit a party member.

    We tested this in the camp. Whenever I was anywhere near Drizzt all his special moves would just stop without doing damage. When I moved off his screen he could do all his moves without problem. I could still pull off Bruenor's move without issue.

    When I stood in the way of Cattie's arrows and attacks they would just disappear.

    Since Drizzt and Cattie can deal a lot of damage I don't want to block it, but I need to stand close aswell to attack and tank mobs.

    I would love to if friendly attacks could just pass through party members or if this is intentional, please be explained in-game.

    Hey,
    I'm encountering a lot of bugs on PC; here're some of them:
    -Settings changes unsaved (esp. keyboard bindings and VOIP changes) after a mission or closing the game.
    -A lot of delay when hitting keys, for whatever actions (reviving, combos, jump, etc)
    -Some potions get canceled at the very end of the animation (esp. heal pot)
    -Some of the last bosses sometimes die before 0% HP (20-50%)

    • I still can't join any public match, getting disconnected right away everytime.
