Lost my levels?
I was playing Cattie-Brie with a party of 4, all level 20. We successfully completed a boss level, but during the loot/item screen, I somehow dropped to Level 1 and immediately leveled up to Level 6.
I did not lose any of my loot, items, feats, moves, attributes or other inventory. My character still plays as if she's Level 20, but has the XP and title of Level 6 (I played at least one more game and leveled up more, but did not return to Level 20).

Dashboarded, lost progress and loot
Notes:
1. I encountered this issue on Xbox One
2. I was playing friends
3. I was playing as WulfgarWe finished Act 3 on The Companions of Icewind Dale, we had our tally sheets and everything, my 2 friends ended up back at camp and I dashboarded in the loading process and when I opened to game back up I’d dropped back down to level 5 from 8, didn’t receive any of my loot, cash, feat or attribute points.

Goblin Shards ACT 2 Boss Bug
Notes:
1. I encountered this issue on Steam (PC)
2. I was playing with my girlfriend (2 players her and myself)
3. I was playing as Barbarian (Level 7)

Please make the game playable already
In the current state the game is in, you should be patching 10+ bugs a day.
Just look at this.- Almost full health and I am dead? [I wanted to add a picture, but your amazing system can't handle it.]
- The game cannot differenciate left from right or front or back.
- Hitboxes are all over the place.
- Goblins changing attack direction mid ******* air.
- Mid attack the character just switches directions to attack another enemy.
- Command Input Queue is the dumbest thing you could have chosen for a combat system.

I accidentally sold my level 5 Sorcere's Sentinel sword and i'm crushed. Please add a buyback system.
I accidentally pressed A instead of X and now I don't have a level 5 legendary sword. And I probably won't get another one. Please add a buyback system.

Lost Character Advancement
- Xbox Series X
- Playing with 1 friend.
- I was playing as Drizzt, he was Bruenor.
- Had just finished the second mission beating Stonegrinder. Saw the rewards, but was stuck in the screen right after that, but before loading back into base camp. When it did finally load back in after about 20 or so seconds (typically doesn't take that long to load back, even in online matches), I tried to open the rewards chest but I couldn't open it at all. Let Dodge Cancel Combos
You have the potential for a good game however there are a lot of problems with gameplay. I'm going to start off with I've had a few instances too many where I'm being attacked and I cannot successfully Dodge because I am stuck in a combo that is a major problem especially if you're playing by yourself and especially at the harder difficulties. This game does not seem to be geared towards single player if I am playing at the recommended settings playing multiplayer I can get through but if I play single player with the recommended settings for power…

Do you have a date for the crossplay between Xbox and Steam ? I bought the game at the first day only to play with my brother. One of your biggest marketing idea was to tell us we will be able to play between the different platforms, and particulary between PC and Xbox. But my brother is using Steam and me Xbox Series X. Invisibility bug and etc.
I encountered an issue on PS4.
I was playing alone.
I was playing as Wulfgar.I noticed the spawn timer goes back to 10 after it hits zero. Which while it isnt game breaking like the next one, it looks sloppy.
When I respawn each time more assets dont appear. The first time it was Wulfgar's head. Which was funny... until I died a few more times then I could only tell where the enemies were by looking at their shadows. Even bosses... It made it really hard to respond not knowing whats coming. I also didnt get to enjoy…

Mouse Acceleration
Will you provide a fix to the Negativ mouse acceleration in the future? The fix i found doesnt work

Mob aggro drop, and insane attack range.
So as I'm sure you know you can literally just kill every mob in the game from ranged without them ever walking towards you. However if you decide to get close. You either get 1 shot or do no damage at all depending on your class. Dodging most enemy attacks are impossible due to the online lag, and the attacks that you do visually dodge still hit you because there is not ground indication on the radius. IE neverwinters ground attack system. The input lagged on commands its also insanely bad. I have to try 6-7 time to get dwarfie…

bonus items missing
Greetings,
I pre-purchased the DELUXE version of the game on 3/22/2021 however as of today I haven't gotten the skins that were part of the package. I have checked my inventory, gone to the merchant and nothing. I've played up to level 10 on Drizzt so I should be able to see these items however I do not and your help / guide on how to redeem this isn't giving me anything new to try.

Mob health bar won't dissappear after respawn (single player)
Notes:
1. I encountered this issue on PS5 (deluxe ed.)
2. I was playing alone
3. I was playing as DrizztSteps:
1. Join campaign 1, companions of Icewind dale; Act 2, with CR 2
2. In the entrance, join the "secret door", the one that opens with a cube, where there are two duergars and a troll.
3. damage them to let the health bar appear (and to identify the individual bars)
4. let them kill you, after respawn, the bars will be frozen in the place they were before defeating you.

Banner frame rate in camp
I encountered this issue on Playstation 5
I was playing alone and with friends
I was playing as any heroHi Team,
The banners in the camp seem to have a very poor frame rate . This is visible on both the menu screen, and when you actually go into the camp with a character. It's a very small gripe, but would make a large difference to first impressions of the game as it is immediately noticeable when you launch the game.

Lock-on sticks
- I encountered this issue on [XBOX SERIES X]
- I was playing [WITH FRIENDS/ALONE]
- I was playing as [DRIZZT]
If you lock onto an enemy to attack them, after they are killed the lock-on camera stays locked-on to the empty space where the enemy was. You have to undo the lock-on to be able to move the camera away from said position.

I have a core i7, 16 gig ram, intel iRisxe graphics card. I was in quest mode, doing the mission at Companions of Icewind Dale, Act III
The game rebooted and i lost all of my loot and items collected. Now it wants me to start from the beginning again.

Streaks of black across whole screen during gameplay
I encountered this issue immediately after installing on PS5. I was playing alone on the first level. Can't see what's happening on the screen for the streaks.
I have reinstalled the game twice after having Playstation help me rebuild the database and there is still black streaks across the screen during gameplay, (not cut scenes). Only happens on this game.

combat problems
not sure i can count it as a bug, so im going with suggestion.... fix the combat. its clunky as heck. i try to dodge? 90% of the time it doesn't dodge at all, and another 8% of the time i dodge the wrong direction. i try to attack? 50% of the time i go NEXT to the enemy, not only opening me for attack, but losing out on so much damage i SHOULD be getting. and combat seems to be SEVERELY scewed to favor the enemy, to the point they can just knock me down and keep me on…

lost all me level
i was playing online and doing dungunsi was level 6 and after i complet one i was down to 1 and gaing exp as if am level 1 and after every dungun i am still gaining exp as if am level 1 i cant buy moves am just stuck am playing on pc from xbox pass
