Before You Create a New Report


Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

If your issue has been reported already, click the VOTE button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Logitech Camera doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Use the Describe your idea field to detail what happened, and provide the following information to allow us to investigate the issue:
  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

  1. Open SpellTable and start or join a lobby

Additional Information to Provide


You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

  1. The Jolly Ballon Man / Worldwalker Helm

    "The Jolly Balloon Man" and "Worldwalker Helm" are in play. "The Jolly Balloon Man" creates an artifact creature token, which triggers "Worldwalker Helm" and also creates a map token. This map token is not created by "The Jolly Balloon Man" and is still destroyed at the end of the turn. This is wrong in my opinion.

  2. duskmourn commander cards not scanning

    None of the new cards from my Jump Scare Duskmourn precon are scanning properly in spelltable. Any reprinted cards (such as Counterspell), most cards from the standard duskmourn set (DSK) and all of my other decks all scan perfect. It just seems to be any new cards within the "DSC" set code.

  3. Card not displayed and thus not playable

    Deep cavern bat exiled virtue. I kill bat. Virtue is not displayed in hand. I cannot cast virtue. I lose ranked game thanks to game breaking bug. Great experience ...

  4. Player abusing the hand smoother to cheat the game

    Player Cozza0ner is abusing the hand smother in Brawl to make a deck that has mostly lands to get a single card.

  5. Spelltable stuck loading

    Spelltable is stuck at the spinning loading circle for me and a bunch of others in discord. We have tried clearing cache and cookies (multiple people trying), multiple browsers, and the issue persists.

    Is Spelltable down currently? Thanks in advance!

  6. Add a button to call "Judge!" Where someone can come and assist a table.

    Create a button on the sidebar. That can send a ping to a judge community discord, and allow a judge to respond live to players in a game when they have a question. I've seen arguments happen at top many tables when local interpretations of gray areas start swearing up and down about how much they know it doesn't work one way or the other. Players need the option to get clarity. Maybe just a link to judge forums. But live service judging might be wonderful.

  7. Coruscation Mage winning Longstalk Brawl duel vs Stickytongue Sentinel

    While playing a Premier Draft match, I casted Longstalk Brawl to have my Stickytongue Sentinel fight my opponent's Coruscation Mage. I chose the non-gift option. Neither creature was modified. However, both creatures were destroyed during the fight. Unfortunately, this lead to me losing the match...I should also mention that his Coruscation Mage was cast with Offspring (the token still on the battlefield).

  8. Phone webcam not working

    iPhone camera telling me that, “we had trouble using your device”. I have used my phone as my webcam for quite a while and I’ve done all the troubleshooting the website has to offer and I am unable to host or joint games due to this.

    New format where you only get paired with decks like yours... oh wait you guys only seem to do that. Fix your game, stop pairing people with the same decks its boring and shows you manipulate the game.

  10. Lost coins

    I tried to enter a Bloomburrow draft, was told I could not connect, but saw that my 10,000 coins were taken. Will I get them back?

  12. Spelltable not compatible with Lenovo yoga 7i

    Spelltable does not show any open games when logged in to from lenovo yoga 7i and does not show any different sources for webcams such as youcam, gopro app, or obs system as it does for my other laptop. No current games appear. I've had multiple devices logged into showing a plethora of games except for my lenovo yoga 7i.

  14. Spell table cannot find any commanders I type in the commander box

    Spelltable will not find any commanders entered in commander box, nor will it show any card art.. even though it can identify the card

    using either CHrome or Firefox browser.

  15. Game Auto Kicks

    Spelltable does not let me file a new complaint and my complaint has not been uploaded since 2021. Instead of this format of complaint center from not answering current ones you should simply fix your website. Spelltabe auto boots me from every game joined since the last update please just fix the site it has nothing to do with user errors. All cookies and cache has been cleared to fix the aspect ratio issue and now this issue happens with no answer for over a week to my ticket. what the **** is happening to spelltable its literally unplayable -…

  16. spelltable codex infinitely loading

    I've double checked my settings and permissions. I've changed to chrome, im using logitech c920 pro, but i dunno what gives. i even disable my ad-blocker. nothing. i even tried changing firewall permissions for the browser. still nothing. i checked bandwidth in game. plenty of out-going, but nothing incoming.

  17. Permissions given on camera and still not working.

    1. Cybertrack H4 and Android

    2. Windows 10

    3. Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera

    4. Worked before, gave permissions on each browser and reset drivers. Camera works everywhere except spelltable.

  18. Flip Video Button Not Working

    I host a game of spelltable with my friends often now that we found this awesome app. Only issue I've been having is that I as the host(not sure if that's relevant), cannot flip the video of my friends cameras but they can flip cameras fine with that 3 dot button.

  20. food and fellowship

    Most cards from the food and fellowship deck do not work and seems to be a problem for awhile according to posts on reddit for all the lotr decks. Used other decks to test and they all worked fine, was just the lotr deck.
