Before You Create a New Report


Before creating a new report, please enter the issue in the Issue Title field below to see if your issue has already been reported. It is a good idea to limit this to a few key words, like a device name or specific feature.

Example: webcam not found (Note: Partial words may not bring up results, we recommend to try webcam instead of cam or web cam)

If your issue has been reported already, click the VOTE button so that we know you've experienced that bug as well. You can also leave a comment if you'd like to add to the conversation about that bug or provide additional information you think might be useful.

Use the Describe your idea field to detail what happened, and provide the following information to allow us to investigate the issue:
  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Additional Information to Provide


You can provide additional information that can also help us perform an investigation quickly. Great information to include:
  1. The brand, model, and/or type of device you’re using (USB webcam, Android/Tablet, iPhone/iPad, etc.)
  2. The version or your operating system you’re using (i.e.: Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur, Android 11, iOS 14, etc.)
  3. Your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.)
  4. A screenshot of the issue or any error messaging received (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
  5. The last are simple checks for any camera/microphone issues you might encounter:
  • Ensured permission has been granted for your Camera and Microphone through your preferred browser: Use your camera & microphone
  • Ensured that no other programs are using your Camera or Microphone (you can find information on how to perform this check by searching online)
  • Temporarily disabling any Anti-Virus programs that might disable camera and microphone access (even if you’re already granted it)
  • Tested your camera is working with Online Mic Test

    I can't move forward Jace Beleren. He just stop on his or my turn when I attack or block. How am I supposed to complete the coloro challenge? I'm playing by Epic Games install.

  3. Arbitrary Size Dice Roll

    I run a Deadbridge Chant, and I find the best way to get a random card fairly is to roll a random number and go that number of cards down. The randomization feature on the app goes off of realistic dice sizes, and I don't see a way to "roll" a X-sided "die" for the chat log. I would love for the ability to add a way to ask for a random number between 1 and 35, or any other value, to streamline this process!

  4. Ninjas kunai and venerated rotpriest

    Went you sacrifice the kunai equipped the rotpriest it destroyed all of my permanent I mean all even the lands and deals 3 for each permanent thas got destroyed this way to any one target found it on standard and have tested in all modes i can use the card combination in. update Ok so its ninjas kunai and anything with toxic that does it On Android s10

  5. ScryfallCardSearch Global Shortcut not working with German Browser

    Hi Dev Team,
    we are a german gaming group and were trying to use the Card Search. But every time we fill in the key "f" it's not working. As a React developer i had quick look and can help you there.
    the problem is the global hotkey which is translated to Strg+F in german. But in you logic you ask for Ctrl. And so the Shortcut for searching is now only the key "f" in a german browser. if you only use the shortcut internally and not showing it to the user there might be no need for translation…

  6. Spelltable not properly connnecting to phone camera

    I am trying to play on spelltable with some friends and use my phone as the camera so that my friends can properly see my side of the field. When i scan the qr code it takes me to the website and goes through all the steps and even brings up the phone on my camera BUT the qr code stays on my computer screen and my opponents can't see my mat. I've tried every trouble shooting that I could find online. Anyone else having this problem?

  7. Unable to log in on Browser

    Hello I am unable to log into or get onto spell table. Every time I click the login button on the screen it just gives me a white page. I wait for several minutes with nothing happening and it does not change. I've used several browsers with all of them having this same issue. I am able to get to the website, but to login and use seems to be impossible and I do not know what to do

  9. Cannot Scan Enemy Cards

    Hi, when in spelltable the card scanner only works on myself, but not on my opponents. it does not even try to scan them. I am on a mac and ive tried every browser. could you help me?

    • I use Chrome, but have tried every browser
    • Smartphone
    • MacOS 12.0.1
    • no error code or message
    • there is no border around any cards of the opponents, only around my cards, so the AI only searches my cards, but does not even try to scan the other cards

  10. SpellTable needs a mute button

    We need a button to must the salty player who play music loud after they lose. Making the lobby private doesn't work for a player who was previously in game and vie had to end multipole lobby's due to loud music

  12. Unable to read other players' cards

    I am only able to see my own cards identified by the codex. Other players can see my cards, and each others' cards, but nothing happens if I click on theirs, in any view.

    I've tried on Chrome and Firefox, incognito and not, accepted every cookie and enabled every permission, disabled every extension, and still no results.

    I attempted to open two support tickets, but they were deleted (not closed; they no longer appear in my activity history) without any response.

    This is really killing my ability to enjoy the game, because I keep having to interrupt more veteran players…

  13. Spelltable doesn't show other games no matter what

    I just created spell table yesterday and for some reason I cannot see other game lobbies.

    The only thing I can see is various formats, a drop down menu to specify which format and nothing else for search prerequisites. but even when I say any format it says "no games available" I know this cannot be normal.

    please help

  14. When I click "Sign In" I get Redirected

    When I click "Sign In" or "Join Now" on the spell table main page it redirects me to a generic page that says "Oops something went wrong, contact support" and give me one option "Back to Site" I'm almost certain its some hardware issue but I'm trying to narrow it down. I'm using an older laptop that hasn't been updated in quite some time. Didn't know if someone had similar experiences. Thanks

  15. Alchemy cards displaying in spelltable

    Bug: Alchemy versions of cards displaying when non Alchemy versions are clicked.

    Played a game where an opponent played Rowan, Scholar of Sparks and when clicked, the Alchemy version displayed which has totally different starting loyalty points and loyalty costs for abilities. As far as I know there is no reason for Alchemy cards to be displaying in Spelltable since we are using cardboard.

  16. Opps! Something went wrong! Error when I try to log in

    When I go to log in on either my computer or mobile phone I get an Oops something went wrong! The problem only happens when I am logged into my home wifi network and only with spelltable. If I turn off wifi on my phone I am able to log in no problem. Any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated. I miss playing magic!

  18. Kicking

    Hey, every few minutes of me in a lobby, it kicks me out for no reason at all.

    I got good internett connection and a fine camera, but it keeps kicking me out.

    It's hard to play when this keeps on happening

  19. Sitting on joining game forever

    I literally cannot join games, I select to use my phone as a webcam, it tells me to join game for further instructions, I click the button and I just never connect after waiting hours
