have only got through 3 matches this AM before having to leave....Mana is all or nothing. Mulligans are not helping and generally have to mulligan down to 4-5 cards then I have to keep. Match 1 played gruul aggro and couldn't get more than 3 mana for the first 5 turns...switched decks and it was the opposite, nothing but flood for 3-4 games...then finally got screwed with 2 mana by turn 4....seriously, it was all or nothing, no middle ground in 6 games, flood or *****.
I'm not even sure why we even post here, knowing nothing will be done and WoTC doesn't read anything in this thread is just as frustrating....this is like the angry room where we all just yell and feel like breaking **** then have to leave and nothing is accomplished....we just go back to the game and continue to get angry, come back here, yell, then back to the game that is causing us so much frustration

Here is my last match log....
game 1 - over my first 4 draws I draw cast down x 2 and heartless act x 2 while having 2x bloodchief thirsts in my hand already....so out of 11 cards more than half are duplicates and those are exactly half of ALL the removal I am running
game 2 - draw 1 no mana....mulligan draw 2 no mana....so I am starting my second match at 5 cards and 2 mana...I've already lost

I sent Wizards another complaint and after I responded to their canned garbage response, they actually referred me to this forum. So don't hold your breath, they won't change a thing and don't care about our user experience in the least....this forum is where complaints go to die and they hope we will just complain among ourselves versus flooding their in-box about a complaint they have ZERO interest in addressing.

Nope, nothing to see here folks....I have played 4 Bo3 matches this morning and was mana screwed in every match, having to mulligan down to 5 cards in EVERY match...every match...I never had an opening hand with more than 2 mana, and I had 3 draws (opening or mulligan) where I had zero mana. I run 24 mana in the deck....but no, nothing is wrong with the shuffler...and the photo I'm attaching is just one example...opening draw, zero land vs. Lurrus/Rogue mill...I've lost before the match even starts...

I reached out to Customer support and asked them to pay attention to this thread....I reveived the typical canned respsonse:

I assure you that our algorithms, including matchmaking, the shuffler, coin flips, and others, have been tested at length and are working as intended. All players are on the same playing field using the exact same rules.
I do, however, want to thank you for your concern and feedback on this matter. It is particularly important to our company that your voice is heard, and we will take it into consideration as we strive to build a better experience for you.

Based on the canned responses I have received from Wizards support, this is never going to be fixed and they are completely ignoring this thread....nobody from support has said anything of value (if anything at all) in this thread.
I'm not sure the spamming of complaints is helping matters though....I completely understand how frustrating this is. I have sent them many complaints about the shuffler, the bundling of cards and only seeing the same cards over and over again....as well as the issue of seeing my 1-of's and 2-of's in every opening draw and not seeing my 4-of's until late game....
These are all real issues and there definitely appears to be a vast number of users complaining about this, not just in this forum but other forums as well such as Reddit...
This is also not only a problem that the F2P players are experiencing...I am a P2P consumer who experiences these issues as well and quite regularly.
I've always had the mana issues, but the other shuffler issues I have seen a much higher volume of since Zendikar release...not sure if the DFMC's have had anything to do with this and if the algorithm is picking them up as lands only...? not sure, but regardless, it's a real issue that is not being addressed by Wizards.
The decision is really up to us...do we continue to play and complain, or do we cut our losses and leave? I love MTG, but this is definitely souring my experience on the game...and with the COVID issues, this is really the only way to play, and they know that....
With 2 kids in the house, my gaming time is at a premium, so I have started to transition away from MTGA and spending what few hours of gaming time I get to other games where my time is more enjoyable...
If you are finding the game uplayable, I suggest you also find a different game to enjoy...our personal time is too precious and we know Wizards will not address this issue, which is terribly unfortunate...

Not only is this forum useless, so is contacting customer service. They will simply send you a canned bot response, even after you follow up with more context and are asking very specific questions...
I've actually invested a fair amount of real $$ into this game, so the mana ***** and draws aren't restricted to non-paying players, folks who invest in the game also experience it...and it is more frustrating as a paying customer, believe me.
I love MTG as a game, but the Arena experience is less than desired, especially when you can't even sell your digital cards after...at least MTGO you could still recoup something, this game is a total loss...if the user experience was better, I wouldn't see this as a loss since the hours of enjoyment are what you are paying for...but it's just becoming a draw, draw, concede mess of frustration

I posted a similar comment/request a few days ago....unless these requests get upvoted Wizards won't do anything...too many net-deckers out there just trying to get quick and easy coins that don't enjoy being creative and crafting their own decks....

I solved the issue by removing third party products that access the logs (Arena Pro and Arena Tutor as example)....

Has nobody from Wizards chimed in here on this thread to address the problem? It's been almost two weeks since the Zendikar launch and we are still having issues.....

The game is nearly unplayable today. I am able to log in about 50% of the time, the other 50% is the black screen of no-play....
When I am able to log in I can take a couple actions, maybe 1 game, before I get the yellow wheel of death where I've been dropped form the network.
This is incredibly frustrating when folks have paid money to enter drafts and paid for the new set bundles only to be denied b/c Wizards can't get their product together and be properly prepared for a product launch...
Once they have your money, the product doesn't matter I guess....

Shuffler and matchmaker are garbage....out of 9 matches I have played Yorion 4 times, just as bad as rogues now....If I look at the standard meta, Yorion isn't 50% of decks played, nor are Rogues, so how are you matching 50% of matches against the same meta? Broken algorithms, that's how...
Shuffler was garbage as usual, too many instances of all 4 copies of card in opening hand or consecutive draws.
