    WotC will make more money in the long run if they actually fix this issue, it's in their best interest to keep people happy with the platform. Not gonna make money on a game nobody is playing anymore because they are bitter. At the very least acknowledge the fact that you are aware of this issue, leaving people in the dark is a great way to push people towards playing Hearthstone ;)
