    Confirmed with Customer Service that my last reward was a card I claimed three days ago after reporting my 5th win not awarding a card two days in a row. I have made multiple reports of my 5th, 9th, 13th, and 15th win not being rewarded.

    The folly of this bug reporting system is we have hundreds maybe thousands of players complaining about having their daily card rewards stolen by the game in July of 2023 but the system breaks it up into smaller claims or directs players to old bug reports like this one by with the search engine. What a joke, if you find yourself here you need to find a current bug report.

    Customer service confirmed that the last reward I received was a card that I claimed 2 days ago. The game is not allowing players to claim their cards... it's stealing card rewards and then when you file a report it gives an auto response about how you are just not seeing it. The reason you are not seeing the cards is because you are not getting the cards and it's happening on PC as well as Android.

    I studied the set all night in preparation for my first quick draft. The betrayal of being baited and switched into buying Lotr BS is real and I wish I could get back the money that I spent on gems because I am done being lied to. Don't support this company, it is NOT okay to bait customers into buying something they do not want. This is the second lie in the last two weeks and both revolve around pushing Lotr. It's no wonder mtga has the worst ratings of all the card games on steam. Lies, lies, and more lies.
