Those cards still ARE in your graveyard, and you CAN click on the graveyard even if no cards are displayed in it. And then you CAN choose to exile the cards for forage.

Did you attack the player or the planeswalker when it didn't trigger? Because if the later, then that is to be expected, since attacking planeswalkers does not satisfy the trigger condition.

Level 32 gives a Duskmourn pack, a card style, and a Mastery orb to get a card style or sleeve with. Which of those did you not get? Mind, there were no cards to be gained at that level, except for those from the pack. Also note, that Mastrey reward NOTIFICATIONS have been bugged for years, but the rewards are given.

    103.5.
[...]To take a mulligan, a player shuffles the cards in their hand back into their library, draws a new hand of cards equal to their starting hand size, then puts a number of those cards equal to the number of times that player has taken a mulligan on the bottom of their library in any order. [...]

So you put the cards back AFTER the shuffle. Yes, the cards you put back into the library with a mulligan are essentially gone from that particular game, unless you use tutors and other shuffle effects.

Not a bug. By the time Kaito's abilities are removed in layer 6, his ability to make him a creature has already been applied (in layer 4), and won't be undone retroactively just because that ability is now gone.

You have to gain life, too, during the turn for the ability to trigger. You'd know by reading the trigger condition, it's not an "or" it's an "AND".

And did you gain AND lose life during the turn, BEFORE the end step began?

This is called Full Control Mode, which you can enable if you want to use it. The default is not using it.

Those judges either misunderstood you or are not worth being called judges. Or you misunderstood their answer. Because an indestructible creature that gets hit by a -X/-X effect, which reduces its toughness to 0 or less, is not destroyed but it DOES DIE. The state based action that puts it into the graveyard is not destruction, so indestructible cannot save the creature.

702.12b A permanent with indestructible can’t be destroyed. Such permanents aren’t destroyed by
lethal damage, and they ignore the state-based action that checks for lethal damage (see rule
    704.5g).

704.5g If a creature has toughness greater than 0, it has damage marked on it, and the total damage
marked on it is greater than or equal to its toughness, that creature has been dealt lethal damage
and is destroyed. Regeneration can replace this event.

704.5h If a creature has toughness greater than 0, and it’s been dealt damage by a source with
deathtouch since the last time state-based actions were checked, that creature is destroyed.
    Regeneration can replace this event

704.5f If a creature has toughness 0 or less, it’s put into its owner’s graveyard. Regeneration can’t
    replace this event.

Tinybones's trigger has to target a nonland PERMANET CARD in the opponent's graveyard. If there is no such card, the trigger cannot be given a legal target, and is removed from the stack immediately.
