Kaito, Bane of Nightmares and Azure Beastbinder wrong interaction
After disabling all abilities of Kaito in the planeswalker form with Azure Beastbinder, he should not transform into his creature form. Instead, he turns into a creature as normal.

Well duh of course these idiots can't program accordingly but to be honest beastbinder should never have been printed. It's ******** overpowred but I don't expect anything else from these drunk idiots at WotC

Yeah, this seems like a bug to me. If Kaito's abilities are removed when it is not his turn, aka he is not currently a creature, he will not have the ability to become a creature during his turn because he has no abilities.

Not a bug. By the time Kaito's abilities are removed in layer 6, his ability to make him a creature has already been applied (in layer 4), and won't be undone retroactively just because that ability is now gone.
