An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedNothing to fix as they weren't targeted.
115.10a Just because an object or player is being affected by a spell or ability doesn’t make that object or player a target of that spell or ability. Unless that object or player is identified by the word “target” in the text of that spell or ability, or the rule for that keyword ability, it’s not a target.
Notes and Rules Information for Haphazard Bombardment:
The nonenchantment permanents that receive aim counters aren’t targeted. Permanents with hexproof can be given an aim counter this way.

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commented"I had another where a bandits talent was not returning cards."
Bandit's Talent doesn't "return" any cards at all.
Level 1 makes each opponent discard.
Level 2 makes opponents lose life if they don't keep enough cards in their hand.
Level 3 draws you a card at the start of your turn ONLY IF you have any opponents who don't have enough cards in your hand.
At no point does Bandit's Talent return cards from the graveyard to your hand or the battlefield, nor does it return cards from the battlefield to your hand. -

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedBoard state matters. Your opponent probably had something out that made it so you couldn't cast instants on their turn.

Sunspine Lynx has 2 red mana symbols in its cost.
So, your options are: use Jegantha as your companion & don't use Sunspine Lynx, use Jegantha in your main deck & use Sunspine Lynx, or don't use Jegantha at all & use Sunspine Lynx. -

An error occurred while saving the comment DAC169#34537 commentedWhat format were you playing? How were you distributing the counters? What did the opponent have out?
Pay attention to what your opponent has out on the field. There's multiple different permanents that your opponent could have that would stop your ETBs.
