    You have to own 4 copies in order to use "infinite amounts" of cards that say "a deck can have any number of [this card]" in a deck. Otherwise they get limited like any other card.

    Some things to note:
    1) When Arena pops up the "connecting to server" message it is EXTREMELY RARE that it will actually reconnect you, even if that screen goes away.
    2) If the rope timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
    3) If you ever have any indication that you've lost connection to the server, the best thing to do is to immediately close and reopen the game to reconnect.

    Is the deck's format set to Standard or Alchemy? Because the deck builder defaults to Alchemy and those 2 cards are no longer legal in Alchemy.

    Was the set symbol of the card style you bought DMU or LCI? Because if not, the reason it's not showing up as usable is that you don't have the right Lightning Strike. Card styles aren't just for a specific card, but for a specific card from a specific set.

    If you are referring to the message that pops up saying that you've lost connection to the server, take note that although it will sometimes go away it RARELY actually reconnects you when you do. If you ever have any indication that you've lost connection to the server, the best thing to do is to close and reopen the game to reconnect.
