I am STILL having this issue. you gave me ONE refund and this has affected every draft I have been in since it started and I'd expect you to refund all of those as its impacted ALL OF THEM. a response by email saying "your ticket has already been submitted and we gave you a refund" is a joke and rude. like I said YOUR ISSUE has affected all of my drafts and draft is only format I play. you still aren't acknowledging that this is a massive issue affecting hundreds. probably thousands. please respond with a real response and make an actual attempt to fix a massive outage. and by the way, actual acknowledge it on the arena status page. it's a real outage. not one you can just pretend isn't a real outage.
