    I had the same problem twice and I think I can pinpoint this down to a reconnection error, because normally I can Sideboard this only happens when the game reconnects, usually due to a crash.

    So it will like something like this:
    I have a BO3 game and somewhere in game 1 or 2 Arena crashes and I have to restart it.
    The game will normally reconnect to my opponent but after the reconnect I wont be able to Sideboard.
    It doesn't matter which card I try to select, the game registers the clicking on the cards and highlights this visually but my Deck wont change.

    I experienced the same problem. Sadly support couldn't help me and just told me to go report this here, so I guess we will never get our lost cards back :(
